In efforts to work in partnership with the community, during an emergency or disaster; Boulder City Hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer Andre Pastian, Emergency Department and Rural Health Clinic Manager Amanda Munson, and Risk Manager Arleen Sheeler completed the 18 hour Southern Nevada CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training. The CERT course is designed to better prepare any citizen to respond and cope with the aftermath of a disaster.

Boulder City Hospital will be hosting this free course this summer on August 3rd and August 10th, 2019. Both days must be completed to earn a certificate of completion.
